An audio message for my sisters in Christ. I love you and I hope to see you in November.
Hey Soul Searching Sisters,
This is your sister in Christ, Nicole C. Schroeder. I would like to personally invite you to our next Soul Searching Sister Gathering on Saturday, November 7, 2026. God is calling His daughters to gather again in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! We will declare Lamentations 3:24 over our lives, our families’ lives, and the next generation. It states, “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore, I will hope in Him.”
In summary, the world would have us believe our portion is our political party, nationality, race, gender, talent, title, money, etc., but the Lord is our portion. Our identity is in Christ, so we will continue to put Him first.
If you are thinking about joining us, please go to the Father and pray about it. He is gathering His daughters into the room, so He could be calling your name this year. Space is limited, but His ability to strategically place us in the room is limitless.
In lieu of an admission fee, sisters will bring their Soul Searching with Our Father Prayer Journal and Devotional. We will journal periodically throughout the day. This is a chance for us to go to the Father together and I am truly thankful for the opportunity to pray with my sisters again.

2025 Recap: Our Inaugural Soul Searching Sister Gathering

On November 1, 2025, we held our inaugural Soul Searching Sister Gathering at The Vision in Huntsville, Alabama. Months later, I can truly say that my cup continues to overflow. What happened in that room birthed a movement that shifted our focus from the world to the WORD of God that anchors us. We will be forever changed, and we are no longer bound by worldly influences. For example, I thought the mission was to unite Democrats and Republicans. I was excited to show women who voted differently that we can still serve God together and love one another. Yet, as the gathering drew closer, I realized that was not the mission for this Soul Searching Sister Gathering. God was bringing his daughters together, so we can put HIM first in our lives. Our political affiliation, church denomination, race, or culture does not mandate who we are, what we believe in, or how we love and serve one another. Satan has used these tactics for far too long, but we will no longer allow Him to divide us. This Soul Searching journey is based on putting Christ first in our lives because our identity is in Him.
A Special Thank You

I would like to take this moment to thank Sister Barbara Jones, owner of Rena’s Homemade Butter Rolls, Minister Lorinda Ward, Sister Denise Keeter, Sister Dawn Holley, Author of 22 Keys to Joy, Sister Patricia Jefferson, and Sister Keisha Wilson, owner of Tea Time Christian Book & More Store, for running this race with me in 2025! Your love, support, and sisterhood means more than you will ever know. Every time you enter a room, Christ’s light has an opportunity to shine bright, and the Soul Searching Sister Gathering was no different. For example, as we gathered around the table for lunch, I watched you pour into women through your words and deeds. It just confirmed why God called you to join me. Again, I say, “Thank You!” While there will be other Soul Searching Sister Gatherings, this one will always have a special place in my heart because of you and the sisters that attended.

What is a Soul Searching Sister Gathering?
In 2020, I felt led to deactivate the comments on my posts. The purpose of this wasn’t for us to gather and discuss the post itself, but to go to the Father. In 2025, it was laid upon my heart to create a journal as a dedicated space for documenting our soul-searching journey. This past summer of 2025, I felt led to host a Soul Searching Sister Gathering. This event provides an opportunity for us to go to the Father and pray about situations together! Bearing one another’s burdens is part of the call, so we get to do that at the gatherings.
Where can I purchase Nicole C. Schroeder’s book, “Soul Searching with Our Father Prayer Journal and Devotional?”

How can I support the Soul Searching Sister Gathering?
Please share this information with the other sisters in your life and join them in prayer as they ask the Father if they should register for the Gathering.
What is a Soul Searching Sister?
A Soul Searching Sister is a Christian woman who is not afraid to pray Psalm 139:23-24. It states, “Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!” She is not afraid because she wants to live a life that is pleasing to the Father.
A Soul Searching Sister is a safe haven for other sisters. She is a confidante and a comfort. This sister understands that love and truth are rooted in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is Love and He is The Truth. Therefore, this sisterhood must be rooted in Christ. Through Christ, we can celebrate each other and bear each other’s burdens. I am a witness!
This is not a club! This is not a movement. We are connected by the blood of Jesus so that makes us sisters.
